It was my pleasure to work closely with Renee when she was Comptroller for a large and popular management company in the Tampa Bay Area.  While I was serving as Treasurer of our 177 unit condominium, Renee helped us through a challenging conversion and the establishment of reliable monthly financial statements.  As a non-accountant, I always appreciated her ability to communicate more complex accounting issues in a manner that was easy to understand.  Additionally, she was very quick in responding to questions from our board members and always open to offering suggestions.
